While browsing Dymocks bookstore the other day I stumbled upon this book, Origami Butterflies by Michael LaFosse. While there seems to be a large amount of different butterfly designs out in the world, in the past I have struggled to find any instructions for how to make them so I decided to buy it. I'm very glad I did.
The book contains 26 different butterfly designs as well as instruction on how to go about creating your own butterfly design. The book also comes with 2 DVDs showing how to make the butterflies. I have yet to have a look at them, but I am sure I will be turning to them later when I come to making some of the more difficult designs. So far though, I have the instructions easy to follow.
I feel that there may be a butterfly mobile in my future.
